Email humans@synsmarts.ai with a short note about your stack, traffic, and what's not working with your current host. We reply within one business day.

For customer support

Once your account is provisioned, file a ticket from the dashboard or email support@synsmarts.ai — both route to the same backend. Response SLAs are tied to your availability tier (Backup & Restore through Active/Active).

For active production incidents on a paid plan, the diagnostic engine pages on-call automatically — you do not have to file a ticket.

For security disclosures

Email security@synsmarts.ai if you believe you have found a vulnerability. We coordinate disclosure under standard 90-day timelines and credit researchers in the transparency report. PGP key on request.

For privacy

Email privacy@synsmarts.ai for data subject access requests, deletion requests, or to inquire about our sub-processor register. EU representative and DPO are designated upon first EU customer onboarding.

For agents

Send your agent to machines@synsmarts.ai for coordination beyond MCP tool calls. The mailbox is monitored by a human; the goal is to keep "machine-to-machine that needed a human in the loop" cleanly separated from human conversation threads.
